Plant-based cheese schnitzel

INGREDIENTS

Water, vegetable oil (sunflower, coconut, rapeseed), crumbs (WHEAT, GLUTEN), 15% modified starch, WHEAT flour, 3% starch (rice, WHEAT), herbs and spices, fibres, natural flavourings, smoke flavouring, salt, acidity regulator (sodium acetate, sodium citrate), preservative (potassium sorbate), lemon juice powder.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat thoroughly before consumption. When frozen: defrost before cooking. 

Skillet
Heat a large amount of (plant-based) oil at high heat and fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Flip regularly.

Deep fryer
Pre-heat at 180°C and fry for 2 minutes.
