PLANT-BASED FISH BURGER
66% rice, onion, water, crumbs, rapeseed oil, yeast protein, herbs and spices, dried seaweed, fried onion (onion, sunflower oil), sunflower oil, olive oil, paprika, vinegar, fibres, flavourings, smoke flavouring, salt, emulsifier (methylcellulose), iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).
Heat (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan on medium/high heat. Add PLNT 100% Plant-Based Fish Burger and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Turn regularly. Rather fry? Keep to 2 minutes on 180°C. And.. enjoy!
