53% rehydrated SOY protein (water, SOY protein), water, rice, onion, sunflower oil, emulsifier (methylcellulose), mushroom concentrate, herbs and spices, caramel (sugar, water), fibres, natural flavourings, smoke flavouring, sea salt, iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan on medium/high heat. Add PLNT 100% Plant-Based Quarter Pounder and fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Flip regularly. Or grill on the BBQ! Heat thoroughly before consumption.
