PLANT-BASED MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS

53% rehydrated SOY protein (water, SOY protein), water, rice, onion, sunflower oil, emulsifier (methylcellulose), mushroom concentrate, herbs and spices, fibres, natural flavourings, smoke flavouring, salt, iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan on medium/high heat. Add PLNT 100% Plant-Based Meatballs and fry for about 10-11 minutes. Stir regularly. Or use the oven: roast in about 12-15 minutes on 150°C. The air fryer is also an option: 7-8 minutes on 180°C. Or skewer for grilling on the BBQ! Heat thoroughly before consumption.
