PLANT-BASED SALMON FILLET

INGREDIENTS

56% rehydrated pea protein (water, pea protein, pea fibre), water, vegetable oil (rapeseed, sunflower), onion, rice, starch, natural flavourings, fibres, emulsifier (methylcellulose), herbs and spices, paprika oil, smoke flavouring, salt, smoked salt (salt, smoke), colour (beta caroteen), iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated for extra vitamin D).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat thoroughly before consumption. When frozen: defrost before cooking. Remove the paper at the bottom.

Skillet
Heat (plant-based) butter or oil at medium heat and fry them on the left and right side for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Air fryer
Pre-heat at 180°C and fry for 6 minutes.
