PLANT-BASED SALMON FILLET

INGREDIENTS

55% rehydrated pea protein (water, pea protein, pea fibre), water, onion, plant-based oil (rapeseed, sunflower), natural flavourings, fibre, starch, emulsifier (methylcellulose), herbs and spices, rice starch, smoke flavouring, salt, smoked (salt, smoke), paprika oil, colour (beta-carotene), iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan on medium/high heat. Add PLNT 100% Plant-Based Salmon Fillet and fry them on the top and bottom for 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Or use the air fryer: 4 minutes at 180°C. And…enjoy!
