39% rehydrated WHEAT protein (water, WHEAT protein, WHEAT flour), water, onion, rice, sunflower oil, cornflakes (corn, salt, BARLEY malt), crumbs (WHEAT), emulsifier (methylcellulose), herbs and spices, rapeseed oil, fibres, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, natural flavourings, smoke flavouring, sea salt, iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).
Fry shortly at a high temperature. Heat (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan, add PLNT 100% Plant-Based Chicken Nuggets and fry each side for 3 minutes until golden brown. Or use the air fryer: 2 minutes at 180°C. And…enjoy!
