Plant-based cheese schnitzel

INGREDIENTS

Water, vegetable oil (sunflower, coconut, rapeseed), crumbs (WHEAT, GLUTEN), 15% modified starch, WHEAT flour, 3% starch (rice, WHEAT), herbs and spices, fibres, flavourings, smoke flavouring, salt, acidity regulator (sodium acetate, sodiumcitrate), preservative (potassium sorbate), lemon juice powder.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat thoroughly before consumption. When frozen: defrost before cooking. 

Skillet
Heat a large amount of (plant-based) oil at high heat and fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Flip regularly.

Deep fryer
Pre-heat at 180°C and fry for 2 minutes.
