Shared Salmon Plate

With the PLNT 100% plant-based Salmon Fillet


How it's done

1. Make a layer of aluminium foil on an oven plate and place the 100% plant-based on them.

2. Rub them with a teaspoon of the spicy mustard each.

3. Soak the cranberries for 10 minutes. 

4. Bake the salmon fillets for 12-14 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.

5. Bake the Pommes Duchesses for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

6. Grease the vegetables and grill them for 15 minutes. 

7. Start decorating the plate with a garland of lamb’s lettuce and add the fillets, vegetables and pommes duchesse.

8. Add the tomatoes and the soaked cranberries. Top it off with the pomegranate seeds.
