PLANT-BASED CHICKEN NUGGETS

INGREDIENTS

39% rehydrated WHEAT protein (water, WHEAT protein, WHEAT flour), water, onion, rice, sunflower oil, cornflakes (corn, salt, BARLEY malt), crumbs (WHEAT), emulsifier (methylcellulose), herbs and spices, rapeseed oil, fibres, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, natural flavourings, smoke flavouring, sea salt, iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat thoroughly before consumption. When frozen: defrost before cooking. 

Skillet
Heat a large amount of (plant-based) oil at high heat and fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Flip regularly.

Deep fryer
Pre-heat at 180°C and fry for 2 minutes.

Air fryer
Pre-heat at 180°C and fry for 6 minutes.
