INGREDIENTS
50% rehydrated SOY protein (water, SOY protein), water, rice flour, onion, sunflower oil, emulsifier (methylcellulose), mushroom extract, fibres, spices, beetroot powder, tomato powder, stabilizer (sodium alginate), natural flavourings, salt, iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat thoroughly before consumption. When frozen: defrost before cooking.
Skillet
Heat (plant-based) butter or oil at medium heat and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until nicely brown. Lower the heat and let it sit for another 5 minutes. Turn regularly.
BBQ
Grill for 9 to 10 minutes until nicely brown on a pre-heated BBQ. Turn regularly.
