PLANT-BASED CHEESE BURGER

INGREDIENTS

55% rehydrated SOY protein (water, SOY protein), 22% plant-based cheese (water, modified starch, sunflower oil, coconut fat, salt, natural flavouring, acidity regulator (sodium acetate, sodium citrate), lemon juice powder, rapeseed oil, preservative (potassium sorbate), rice starch, tomato powder, turmeric), water, emulsifier (methylcellulose), mushroom concentrate, herbs and spices, sunflower oil, fibres, natural flavouring, smoke flavouring, salt, iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated for extra vitamin D).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat thoroughly before consumption. When frozen: defrost before cooking. 

Skillet
Heat (plant-based) butter or oil at medium heat and fry for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until nicely brown. Flip regularly.

BBQ
Pre-heat the BBQ at medium heat and grill for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until nicely brown. Flip regularly.
