INGREDIENTS
50% rehydrated SOY protein (water, SOY protein), water, rice, onion, plant-based oil (sunflower, olive), herbs and spices (incl. parsley), emulsifier (methylcellulose), bell pepper, vinegar, polysaccharides, fibres, natural flavouring, smoke flavouring, salt, iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat thoroughly before consumption. When frozen: defrost before cooking.
Skillet
Heat (plant-based) butter or oil at medium heat and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until nicely brown. Lower the heat and let it sit for another 5 minutes. Turn regularly. Do not puncture the skin!
BBQ
Grill for 9 to 10 minutes until nicely brown on a pre-heated BBQ. Turn regularly. Do not puncture the skin!
