INGREDIENTS
53% rehydrated SOY protein (water, SOY protein), water, rice, onion, sunflower oil, emulsifier (methylcellulose), mushroom concentrate, herbs and spices, fibres, natural flavourings, smoke flavouring, salt, iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat thoroughly before consumption. When frozen: defrost before cooking.
Skillet
Heat (plant-based) butter or oil at medium heat and fry for 10 to 12 minutes until nicely brown. Rotate regularly.
BBQ
Pre-heat the BBQ at medium heat. Skewer the meatballs and grill for 10 to 12 minutes until nicely brown. Turn regularly.
Oven
Pre-heat at 150°C and heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
Air fryer
Pre-heat at 180°C and fry for 6 to 7 minutes.
