1. Start with te sauce: mix the Tabasco with the (plant-based) mayonnaise.
2. Cut the shallot into small pieces and grate or cut the garlic. Cut the mushrooms in halve.
3. pre-heat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius. drip some water on the pita buns before baking them for 7 minutes.
4. Heat olive oil in a shallow pan and bake the shallot together with the garlic. Add the mushrooms and the Shawarma and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes.
5. Take the pita buns out of the oven and cut them open. Start with the sauce, lettuce and then the Shawarma mix.
