With the PLNT 100% plant-based Beef Teriyaki
1. Cook the rice and broccoli according to the instructions on the package.
2. Mix the soy sauce with the ketjap manis into a marinade.
3. Grate 1/2 of the chilli pepper, the garlic and the ginger.
4. Finely chop the shallot and add to the marinade and mix thoroughly.
5. Mix the marinade with the PLNT 100% plant-based Beef Teriyaki.
6. Finely chop the other halve of the chilli pepper and the spring onion.
7. Heat a dinnerspoon of plant-bsaed oil in a shallow pan.
8. Bake the PLNT 100% plant-based Beef Teriyaki according to the instructions on the package. You can add some lemon juice.
9. Time to fill your plate! Start with the rice, croccoli and the Beef Teriyaki.
10. Garnish with the chilli pepper, spring onion, fried onions and 2 slices of lemon.
