Hummus bowl with Greek Salad

With our PLNT 100% plant-based Pulled Beef & Gravy



1. Rinse the chickpeas, until the water stops foaming.  Blend the chickpeas with the garlic, tahini, the juice of half a lime and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until you get a smooth paste: Hummus. Add salt and pepper to your liking. 

2. Cut the cucumber into squares, and cut the cherry tomatoes and olives in half. Make thin rings out of the onion. Crumble the feta. Mix the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onion and feta into a nice salad. 

3. Heat a little (plant-based) oil in a pan on medium-high heat, and fry the PLNT 100% plant-based Pulled Beef for 5-7 minutes. Add the gravy, with 150 ml of cold water (per sachet) and cook shortly. 

4. Make your bowl: divide the Hummus, Greek Salad and Pulled Beef over 2 different bowls. Garnish with some fresh Dill and sesame seeds. And to finish: drizzle some olive oil!
