1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

2. Use a cheese grater to slice the cucumber and carrot in long strips. Cut the strips in halve. 

3. Cut the avocado in slices or cubes.  

4. Heat the Lebanese flat breads for 2 minutes in a shallow pan.

5. Bake the PLNT 100% plant-based Shawarma according to the instructions on the package.

6. Mix the Tabasco, garlic, mayonnaise and water into a smooth sauce. 

7. Use bowls, and start with the rice. Then add the Shawarma and the vegetables. Garnisch with the parsley and pomegranate seeds.
