With the PLNT 100% Plant-Based Mince


How it's done

1. Start with the mince marinade. Mix the ketjap, garlic, sesame oil and stir thoroughly. 

2. Mix the marinade with the mince and set it aside.

3. Make the dip. Mix the chili paste, 2 ds sesame oil, water, 1 ds sesame seeds and the rice vinegar into a smooth dip.

4. Cut the carlic in thin stroked and the shiitake in slices. 

5. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and bake the carrot, taugé, spinach, sesame seeds and shiitake for 6-8 minutes. 

6. Season with salt & pepper

7. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

8. Bake the PLNT 100% plant-based mince according to the instructions on the package. 

9. Time to dress your bowl! Start with the rice, and add all the other ingredients one by one. Garnish with the egg (optional) and some sesame seeds.
