Red Cabbage salad with feta and grapes

How it's done

1. Finely chop the red cabbage, fresh parsley and dill and crumble the feta. 

2. Bake the PLNT 100% plant-based Bacon according to the instructions on the package. 

3. To make the dressing: mix the Tabasco, olive oil and the white balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper. 

4. Mix the dressing with the red cabbage, grapes and pomegranate seeds. 

5. Use some deep plates. Start with the red cabbage mix and add the feta and bacon bits. Garnish with the fresh dill and parsley.
