With our PLNT 100% plant-based Beef Sausage
1. Heat (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan on medium/high heat. Add the PLNT 100% Plant-Based Beef Sausage and fry for 2 à 3 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes at a low temperature. Note: do not puncture the skin!
2. Add the chopped shallot to the pan and fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the tomato Frito, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, and curry powder. Add chilli powder and some water and let the sauce reduce. If the sauce is too thick, you can add some more water.
5. Mix the PLNT 100% Plant-Based Beef Sausages with the sauce.
6. Cut your buns and place your PLNT 100% Plant-Based Beef Sausage into your Hot dog bun. Serve with some extra curry sauce and a pinch of salt to taste.
