With our PLNT 100% plant-based Meatballs
1. Cook the rice according to the packaging.
2. Heat (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan on medium/high. Add the PLNT 100% Plant-Based Meatballs and fry for 10-11 minutes.
3. In the meantime, put the chopped tomatoes in a blender along with the roasted peppers and fresh parsley. Whizz into a nice sauce.
4. Add the sauce to the PLNT 100% Plant-Based Meatballs in the pan and broil at a low temperature for 5-10 minutes.
5. Divide the rice and PLNT 100% Plant-Based Meatballs in tomato and pepper sauce between the plates and serve immediately.
