With our 100% plant-based Pre-Fried Bacon Bits
1. Drain the tofu using a tea towel.
2. Heat up a drizzle of sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the diced shallots until translucent. Crumble the tofu into the pan and add the turmeric, paprika and salt. Fry for 4 minutes on medium heat. Finally, add some freshly ground pepper.
3. Heat up some (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan on medium/high heat. Add the PLNT 100% Plant-Based Pre-fried Bacon Bits and fry for 5-7 minutes. For the crunchiest result, after cooking, place the bits on a piece of kitchen paper to get rid of excess grease.
4. Toast the bread in the toaster.
5. Serve the bread with avocado, tofu scramble, cherry tomato, peas, fresh chives and the PLNT Bacon pieces.
