A delicious meal with our plant-based meatballs in green pepper sauce, broccoli and mashed potatoes.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat thoroughly before consumption.
Oven
Preheat to 200°C and heat for 25 to 30 minutes from frozen.
Magnetron – 750 Watt
Heat for 6 to 7 minutes when frozen. Heat for 5 to 6 minutes when thawed
