40% bean mix (42% green beans, 28% garden peas, 28% soy beans, salt, liquid margarine (rapeseed oil, water, emulsifiers (E471, E472c), salt, flavouring, acid (E330), colour (E160a), vitamin A, vitamin D3)), 33% rice with chickpeas (water, 33% brown rice, chickpeas (10% chickpeas, water, salt (not iodized), antioxidant (E300)), bell pepper, spring onion, rapeseed oil, salt, mustard seed), 27% vegan chickenstrips in saus (50% vegan chicken strips (rehydrated vegetable protein (water, soy bean flour, wheat-protein, wheat flour, pea protein, potato protein), sunflower oil, natural flavouring, spices, fibers, sea salt, acidity regulator (E270), iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder), coconut milk (coconut extract, water), onion, tomato sauce (diced tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator (E330), strengthening agent (E509)), tomato paste, water, rapeseed oil, stock powder (salt, maltodextrin, rapeseed protein hydrolyzate, natural flavouring, sunflower oil), spices, ginger, sugar, garlic, salt, herbs).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat thoroughly before consumption. 

Oven
Preheat to 200°C and heat for 25 to 30 minutes from frozen.

Magnetron – 750 Watt
Heat for 6 to 7 minutes when frozen. Heat for 5 to 6 minutes when thawed.
