87% rehydrated WHEAT protein (water, WHEAT protein, WHEAT flour), rapeseed oil, natural flavourings (WHEAT), herbs and spices, dried seaweed, sunflower oil, molasses, sugar, water, SOY sauce (water, SOYbeans, WHEAT, salt), distilled vinegar, fibres, starch, salt, acidity regulator (lactic acid), iron, vitamin B12, mushroom powder (UV activated, for extra vitamin D).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Ready to (h)eat! Our tuna can be eaten cold or heated. For warm: heat (plant-based) butter or oil in a pan, add PLNT 100% Plant-based Tuna and fry for 2 minutes at high temperature. Stir regularly. And…enjoy!
